ROSE: Prenatal Support Group

ARE YOU PREGNANT? We have a support group just for you. Here at Third Coast Birth & Baby we are committed to helping mothers get a good start for their babies. When moms feel better, they raise healthier and happier children. The Rose Program is a prenatal support group that teaches you skills to help with stress, to manage your relationships, and to plan for your future, especially once your baby is here. This program meets on the dates below at 11:30am for 4 consecutive weeks beginning February 21, 2020.  

DATES: 

February 21   11:30 am - 1:00 pm

February 23   11:30 am - 1:00 pm

March 1         11:30 am - 1:00 pm

March 8         11:30 am - 1:00 pm

ESTÁS EMBARAZADA? Tenemos un grupo de apoyo especialmente para ti. Tener un bebé puede provocar muchos cambios en la vida de una madre. Aquí en Third Coast estamos comprometidas a ayudar a las madres a tener un buen comienzo para sus bebés. Cuando las mamás son más felices, crian niños más sanos y más felices. Estamos ofreciendo el programa de ROSE; clases para mujeres embarazadas para educarse sobre los tipos de cambios mientras espera el nacimiento del bebé y cómo manejar estos cambios con éxito.
