Chicago Latina Moms Retreat

Chicago Latina Moms is excited to partner with Karina Mora and Raquel Galan, LCPC, for our first all inclusive retreat for moms in Michigan City, Indiana. Registration includes lodging, food and drink, swag bag, yoga/meditation, nature walk, cooking lessons, and so much more! Give yourself the opportunity to take some time away before the holiday chaos to connect with yourself, nature, and other Chicago Latina Moms just like you. 

It’s so easy to get caught in the “business” of life. Especially as moms, we can get caught up in everyone else’s schedule. With soccer games, music lessons, meal planning and everything in between, it’s easy to forget about taking care of ourselves.  

Relax at our lakeside rental house and dive into rediscovering yourself. Before the holidays begin, take this time to pour into yourself so you feel more prepared to pour into your family.

Your ticket of $285 will include your two night stay lodging, all meals and snacks, a swag bag, and retreat activities. We will explore our mental health needs, fill our bellies with good food and cook together, connect with our bodies though yoga and ancestral womb wellness, as well as nourish our emotional wellness with very special activities. This retreat will give you tangible ways for you to work through insecurities, break negative patterns, and empower you with tools to plan your future.
